I’ve been an explorer of sound since crawling around as a baby blowing into a harmonica and feeling the vibration in my head. I’ve been a singer, musician, sound healer and energy medicine practitioner for decades.
The world is catching up with what I intuitively feel and have experienced with clients. Sound is harmonizing and healing! Sound will be an important tool in the future of medicine, and will help us all to live more aligned and vibrant lives!
Together we’ll experience sound and explore some of the rapidly growing discoveries from the scientific community.
Imagine that your body and the Universe are all meant to be tuned to certain frequencies like a giant, intricate orchestra—but our modern world has created confusion and chaos in that beautiful symphony.
Sound can literally re-tune your body to amplify health and wellbeing, help your nervous system to be more calm (deactivating the fight, flight, freeze response), and cultivate a peaceful state that allows you to have more access to your inner wisdom. And sound can do much more than that!
You will experience music mantra, solfeggio music, various forms of sound immersions, and discussion about topics like binaural beats, tuning forks, brain states, entrainment, music of plants, and other vibrational experiences.
